The update is not applying for me, had the same issue when you released version 0.10, itchio desktop app says i have updated the game but when i launch it and select the "about" option in the menu, game reports not being updated (in this case, itchio app says game is v 0.11, the about tab in-game says 0.10.
The only work-around i found to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall from scratch, but it make me lose my saved game.
Uhm, I don't really have an answer for this. With Ren'py games, I always completely delete the previous version, saving the "saves" folder, then copying that folder inside the game folder of the new version. Can't help you more than that, sorry. :(
So i tried checking the game folder and apparently when you push an update, itchio downloads it and creates a new game folder instead of updating the existing one (so in this case i had 2 copies of the game, one version 0.10 and one version 0.11). Don't know if it could help you locate the issue, but i think it was worth pointing it out.

Is there a reason why Iono's outfit isn't show in the barn? I unlocked the 4th version of her barn outfit but in her sprite in the barn it still shows tier 2. Is that intended?
We fixed a bug with the +€10 patron release, where it was possible to accept that quest before the one for opening Hana's portal. You need to have opened that one first. It is fixed in the newest version :)
We try to update every 2-3 months, not 2 weeks. (That would be insanity >_< I guess it's a typo lol), but this update is bigger than the previous ones and it's taking longer. Coming soon, though!
Get a file explorer, I use cx file explorer, then the pathing you will want to take is :
main storage> android> data> welcome.to.erosland> files> saves
Manual save files are organized by where they can be found on your in game menu, for example 1-1- LT1.save will be the top left on page 1 and 1-4 is the bottom right corner on page 1. 2-1 is page 2 in the top left ect.
Copy the files that you want to bring to the new version and paste them into a folder, or just put them in your downloads like I do
When you want to put the files back into the game, just copy it from wherever you put it and paste it into the saves folder for the game.
just wanted to comment that i love what your doing and keep at it and take your time, although people want content your quality and attention to detail is marvelous.
Hi I started playing your game recently and I'm definitely a fan of the plot and art style so far and I might be a little ignorant to the games features but adding even a small amount of animations to just the sex scenes would definitely improve the game in my opinion. (I'm not a game designer or artist so this might be much harder than I expect and I know your game is still early on in development so it would probably be in your plans anyway. these are just my thoughts dont attack me)
I see that a lot of android players have the same issue, can anyone explain it to me if they find a way to download the new update, and I already tried deleting all other versions of the game from my phone and it's still not working. I have to mention my phone is a Motorola edge 30, if the problem is device related.

Lily gives you the first Quest of the chain. You need to have opened Hana's portal to her world, though!

I had the same issue too.
I'm Stuck on the quest saying to take Kaisa to the lab but there is no button in the lab or on kaisa.

I have a problem downloading.
When the download is about to finish it says forbidden and I don't know what to do to update.
Can't really help you with that, downloads just fine on our end. :( Try with another browser!
Will it be necessary to move save files from the previous version to the new one or will it be possible to simply update?
It should be as simple as just downloading and playing, but to be safe, make a backup of the save folder c:

If you unzip the file in your original folder for the game, it should save all of your progress. Worked perfectly fine for me.
